How do I sign in to the app?
Use the same email and password as the Feather dashboard. Every shop on your account
appears at once.
I don't have an account.
Accounts are created by invitation. Ask the person who set up your shop's Feather
system to invite you from the dashboard.
I forgot my password.
Use "Forgotten your password?" on the dashboard sign-in page.
The app says my shop is offline.
The shop's till must be switched on and connected to the internet. Check its network
connection, then pull down to refresh in the app.
I lost my phone.
Reset your password with "Forgotten your password?" on the
dashboard sign-in page. That signs out every phone on your account
straight away.
