To have your Feather account deleted, write to [email protected] from the email address
you sign in with, and say "Please delete my Feather account". We will confirm by
reply and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: your email address and password.
- Every phone sign-in on the account.
- Any open invitations or password-reset links for your email address.
What is not
- A shop's business records (sales, items, stock, staff) are kept on that shop's
own till and belong to the shop. Deleting a login does not delete them; the shop
owner controls them. The dashboard's copy of the shop's figures stays while the shop
uses Feather.
- Short-term technical logs expire on their own.
To stop using the app on one phone without deleting the account, sign out in the
app's Settings.
